BallCheck is built so that your data stays on your phone. This page covers the app and this website.

Sound

BallCheck uses the microphone only while a test is running, to hear the ball bounce. The sound is analysed on your phone and thrown away straight after. It is never recorded to a file, stored or sent anywhere.

Motion

The phone's motion sensors are used only to check that the phone is lying flat on the floor. This stays on your phone.

Your results and settings

Results, ball names and settings are saved on your phone only. BallCheck has no accounts and no servers that receive them. Deleting the app, or using Clear in History, removes them.

The waitlist

If you join the waitlist, we store your email address, the sport and role you picked, your club name if you gave one, the language of the page and the country your request came from. We use this only to tell you when BallCheck launches and, for clubs, to talk about club plans.

We never sell or share this list. It is stored on Cloudflare, which runs this website. To be removed, email hello@ballcheck.app and we will delete your details.

Website

This website sets no cookies and uses no advertising or tracking scripts. Our host keeps standard server logs for security.

Purchases

Subscriptions and purchases are handled by Apple. We do not see or store your payment details.

Analytics and ads

BallCheck has no ads and does not track you across apps or websites.
