BallCheck says Place phone on the floor
Lay the phone flat, screen up, on the court. If your phone asks to allow motion, tap Allow so BallCheck can tell when it is flat.
I got No result or Missed
Drop the ball from net height without throwing it, let it bounce until it stops, and keep the area quiet. Put the phone about a metre from where the ball lands.
The microphone is off
Open your phone's Settings, find BallCheck and turn on the microphone. BallCheck only listens during a test.
Restore Premium on a new phone
Open Premium in the app and tap Restore purchases while signed in with the same Apple account.
Cancel a subscription
Subscriptions are managed by Apple. Open Settings on your iPhone, tap your name, then Subscriptions.
